Campaign setup and management for small teams

If nobody in-house has time to run ads, describe your offer and budget range here and get a quote from a service partner.

Ads, pages and tracking for small and mid-sized businesses

This is a service for owners and managers who want paid advertising run properly without hiring someone in-house to do it. The work sits in a few places: the ad accounts, the pages people land on, and the tracking that connects the two. Each piece is set up in accounts you own, using tools you may already have, such as Google Tag Manager, GA4 or HubSpot. Some businesses come with campaigns already running and want someone to tidy and manage them. Others are starting from nothing and need the accounts, pages and tracking built first. Either way, the scope is agreed in writing before any work begins.

Services by problem

If your situation touches more than one of these, say so in your request and the partner can scope them together.

Starting with what you already have

Most engagements begin by looking at the accounts and pages you have today.

  1. Send your request and list the ad accounts, analytics and CRM tools you use now.
  2. The service partner may ask for read-only access so they can see how things are set up.
  3. They explain what they would keep, fix or rebuild, and what that means for scope.
  4. You receive a quote for that work and choose whether to proceed.

Budget for two lines

Plan for ad spend and for management as two separate lines. Ad spend is set by you and paid to the platforms. It rises or falls as you change budgets, and the charges appear on your own account. Management is the partner's fee for the work. It moves with the number of channels, the number of landing pages, how involved the tracking is and how often you want reporting. Ask the partner which parts are one-time setup and which are ongoing, so you can compare quotes on the same basis.

Good to know

How long are contracts for this kind of work?

It varies by provider. Some work month to month after setup. Others ask for a minimum term so there is enough data to judge the account. Ask about the minimum term, the notice period, and whether setup fees are charged again if you come back later. All of it should be in the written proposal.

Who writes the ads?

The service partner usually drafts ad copy and creative from what you tell it about your offer and buyers. You approve drafts before they go live. You are responsible for the claims in them being accurate, so check prices, offers and any regulated wording. Some businesses supply their own photos or video; others ask the partner to source them.

How is the management fee usually set?

Common models are a flat monthly fee, a fee that scales with ad spend, or a project fee for setup work. What drives it is the number of channels and campaigns, how many landing pages are involved, how involved the tracking is, and how often you want reports and calls. Ask what is included and what costs extra.

Does this site sell leads or contact lists?

No. The services here build and run advertising in your own accounts, so inquiries come to you directly from people who saw your ads. Nothing on this site sells contact lists, shared leads or data gathered from other sources.

Will I need to answer leads myself?

Yes, or someone on your side will. The service partner sets up how inquiries are captured and routed, for example an email alert, a CRM entry or a text notification. Who answers and how fast is up to your business, and that response often matters as much as the ads themselves.

You keep the accounts and the data. Ask a service partner to quote the hands-on work.

Ask for a quote

Start with a short request

Ad work is easier to quote when the request covers three things: the offer, the audience and the current setup.
